摘要
桥塞封层工艺中,可取桥塞的卡瓦锚定后起到支撑桥塞、锁定胶筒的作用,其性能直接关系到油井的产量和安全生产。卡瓦锚爪与套管间的咬合力分布是否合理,将直接关系到套管的损伤程度及卡瓦寿命。运用三维光弹性物理模拟技术和三维有限元数值模拟技术相结合的方法,得到了卡瓦锚爪与套管咬合力分布规律,揭示了卡瓦各锚爪受力不均匀状况。上述研究结果为优化卡瓦结构、提高工作可靠性提供了理论依据。
The slip in the retrievable bridge plug plays a role in supporting bridge plug and locking packing element after being anchored. Its performance is directly related to output and safety. And the reasonable distribution of engaging force between slip fluke and casing will directly affect casing damage and slip life. By using 3D photoelasticity physical simulation technique and 3D finite-element numerical simulation technique, the engaging force distribution rule is obtained and the uneven force condition of flukes is disclosed. The above reseach result provides theoretical basis for optimizing slip structure and improving working reliability.
