欠平衡作业用井下隔离服务系统的研制

摘要 随着对欠平衡技术的研究和应用逐步深入,油田现场开始引入全过程欠平衡作业工艺,以更好地保护油气储层和提高油气井产能。为此,研制开发了欠平衡作业用井下隔离服务系统,该系统由液压操纵的井下控制阀(DCV)和配套系统组成。借助自行开发的试验台架,对井下隔离服务系统进行了测试,测试内容包括井下控制阀的密封性、开关功能、管体强度等,并成功进行了整体系统联调。测试结果表明,该系统各项指标达到了设计要求,能够满足全过程欠平衡作业的工艺需要。 With the deepening study and application of underbalanced drilling, the operation with the underbalanced condition from drilling into oil reservoir to completion has been applied to the oil development in the field so as to protect reservoir and improve well productivity. As a significant technology of underbalanced operation, downhole isolation technology and tools have started to be used and proved to be very successful. A new downhole isolation service system comprised of dual hydraulic controlled downhole control valve (DCV) and surface service package for whole-process underbalanced operation has been designed and manufactured so far. A series of workshop tests are performed via self-developed surface test bench, including sealing performance, open/close action of valve flapper, strength of valve body etc. More importantly, the total system test is also carried out successfully to verify the design of downhole isolation service system. The workshop tests indicate that the excellent performance is achieved and the service system can meet the requirement of whole-process underbalanced operation.
