摘要
为解决石油钻机传统控制系统的控制管线现场铺设拆卸复杂、安装维护不便、生产效率低、安全可靠性差等问题,智能电气液控制系统选用先进的阀导阀控制元件,以PLC为核心,用继电器做备份冗余控制,通过程序实现钻机的各种逻辑控制功能,实时检测、显示各种钻井参数和状态并进行故障处理。可杜绝一系列误操作及设备失控事故的发生,大大提高了钻机的可靠性和安全性。智能电气液控制系统具有更高的可靠性、先进性和适应性等特点,反应速度快,安装方便快捷,容易操作和维护,能够适应石油钻机野外钻井作业工况的需要。
In order to solve the problems with the traditional drive control system of drilling rigs, an intelligent electric-air-hydraulic control system is adopted. It uses the advanced valve pilot valve control element and takes PLC as core and the relay for the backup redundant control. All the logic functions of the drilling rig are controlled by procedure, and all the drilling parameters and states are shown real-time and all the trouble can be solved in time. It has the features of high reliability and applicability. And it can be operated and maintained easily with rapid response velocity and convenient installation.
