摘要
本文在科技成果估价方法体系[1 ] 的基础上 ,分析与设计了科技成果估价的软件系统 :成本法估价及其参数测定子系统 ,市场法估价及其参数测定子系统 ,收益法估价及其参数测定子系统 ,以及其它辅助子系统等。
In this paper,a valuation software system of scientific and technological achievement is analysed and designed on the basis of valuation methods of scientific and technological achievement,which consists of subsystems of cost valuation and its parameters measurement,market valuation and its parameters measurement,earnings valuation and its parameters measurement,and other auxiliary subsystems.The research and development of such a software system will provide a powerful pricing instrument for bargain process of transfering scientific and technological achievement to real productive forces.
