摘要
本文注意到国内和国外学者在讨论“改造传统企业 ,建立现代化企业管理体制”时所从讨论的两种不同角度 ,着重研究了从技术变革的角度形成的改造传统企业的思路——“现代化集成”管理 ;并抓住管理的两大要素 :分工和集成 ,分析了它们之间的关系衍变在人类历史上形成的三个阶段 :原始集成、传统集成和现代化集成 ,进而论述了实现“现代化集成”管理是改造“传统企业”和建立“现代企业”的途径。文中以 CAD和 CIM为例说明了实现“现代化集成”的技术条件 ,以美国通用汽车公司 (GM)对配件采购过程的改造为例说明了 BPR(经营过程再工程 )是实现“现代化集成”的有效的管理手段。
Based on the characteristics of 'conventional enterprise' and 'modertnized enterprise',this paper has introduced their main diference:the technological base and managerial characteristics.According the two important factors of management:division and integration,it has analyzed the three phases of integration formed with the evaluation of the relationship between the division and integration in human hisory:primitive integration,conventional integration and modernized integration.Further,it has described that the 'modernized integration'management is the way of reforming the conventional enterprise and establishing modernized enterprise.It has also specified the technological condition with practical application of CAD and CIMS in enterprises,and the management devices with the example of BPR implemented in GM company,to realize the modern integration.This paper has provided a way of thinking for the reference in reforming the existing enterprises in China.
