中、美、日企业战略管理研究的比较

A COMPARISON AMONG THE CHINESE,AMERICAN AND JAPANESE ENTERPRISES’ STRATEGIES MANAGEMENT RESEARCH

本文旨在以“西方企业经营战略研究的源流、学派与比较”一文为参照[1 ] ,首先比较研究中国学者关于企业经营战略研究所构筑起来的两大体系的异同、长处与不足 ;然后进行中、美、日比较研究 ,这一比较聚焦于经营战略的定义。

With reference to the 'Sources,Schools and Comparison of Western Enterprises' Management Strategis Research',this paper aims firstly to compare and study the similarities and differences,advantages and disadvantages of the two systems established by Chinese scholars regarding the enterprises' management strategies research;secondly to compare and study the Chinese,American and Japanese systems,which are focused on three key questions——the defination and classification of management strategies,and the process pattern of strategies management.\;
