摘要 [目的]研究间苯三酚(PG)、NAA和IBA对钙果不定芽生根的影响,为钙果组培苗的批量生产提供技术参考。[方法]以1/2 MS为基本培养基,利用PG、NAA和IBA不同浓度的组合对钙果不定芽进行生根诱导,研究不同组合培养基的诱导生根效果。[结果]培养基中单独添加IBA、NAA或PG均不能诱导钙果生根;不同浓度的IBA和NAA组合诱导生根率低于5.0%;PG配合IBA和NAA使用可明显促进钙果生根,其中以培养基1/2 MS+PG 5.0 mg/L+IBA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L生根效果最好,培养20 d,钙果生根率达85.0%,且根系正常。[结论]适宜浓度的PG配合IBA和NAA使用,使钙果的生根率明显增加,以1/2 MS+PG 5.0 mg/L+IBA 1.5mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L培养基生根效果最好。 [ Objective] The effect of phloroglucinol(PG), NAA and IBA on rooting induction of Prunus humilis Bge adventitious bud was studied for the technical reference of the production of Prunus humilis Bge seedling through tissue culture. [ Method ] 1/2 MS as the basic medium, added with the different concentrations of PG, NAA and IBA respectively, was used for the rooting induction of Prunus humilis Bge adventitious bud, and the effect of different combinations on rooting induction was discussed. [ Results] Prunus humilis Bge adventitious bud can not take root in the medium alone added with IBA ," NAA or PG. The rooting induction rate below 5.0% could happen in the different combination concentrations of NAA and IBA. PG with IBA and NAA could significantly promote the rooting induction, and 1/2 MS medium + PG 5.0 mg/L + IBA 1.5 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L for 20-day culture could produce the best effect of rooting induction(with rooting rate of 85.0% and normal root system). [ Conclusionl The appropriate concentration of PG with IBA and NAA can significantly promote the rooting induction of Prunus humilis Bge adventitious bud and 1/2 MS + PG 5.0 mg/L + IBA 1.5mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L was the best rooting medium.
