摘要 [目的]研究观赏羽扇豆繁殖技术,供生产借鉴。[方法]以LupinusGallery、LupinusMinaretie、LupinusRussell Prize、Lupinus arboreusBlue为研究对象,进行了播种繁殖、扦插繁殖和组织培养快繁技术研究。[结果]结果表明,9月中下旬播种,发芽率最高可达97%,营养土配方以泥炭土∶珍珠岩∶河沙=2.0∶1.0∶0.5最佳。组织培养繁殖中,不定芽诱导培养基以MS+0.5 mg/L6-BA+6 g/L琼脂+45 g/L白糖最佳;增殖培养基中,培养基以MS+0.5 mg/L6-BA+0.8 mg/LGA3+2 g/LAC+6 g/L琼脂+45 g/L白糖最佳,繁殖系数大6;生根培养基以1/2 MS+0.25 mg/LNAA+6 g/L琼脂+45 g/L白糖最佳。扦插繁殖难度大,成活率低。[结论]播种繁殖是传统的广泛采用的繁殖方式,组织培养繁殖可大大提高繁殖速度。 [ Objective] The research aimed to study the propagation technology of ornamental Lupins and provide references for production. [ Method ] The sowing, tissue culture and cutting technology about Lupinus Gallery, Lupinus Minaretie, Lupinus Russell Prize and Lupinus arboreus Blue were studied. [ Result ] The results showed that the germination rate could be up to 97% sowing in later Sep.. Peat: Perlite:Sand = 2.0:1.0:0.5 was the best proportioning of nutritive soil. MS + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 6 g/L agar + 45 g/Lsugar was the best medium to induce adventitious buds by tissue culture. Propagation index was more than six when the adventitious buds were cultured on MS + O. 5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.8 mg/L GA3 + 2 g/L AC + 6 g/L agar + 45 g/L sugar. The best rooting medium was 1/2 MS + 0.25 mg/L NAA + 6 g/L agar + 45 g/L sugar. Cutting technology was difficult for ornamental Lupins and survival rate was low. [ Conclusion] Sowing is the traditional propagation technology used widely and tissue culture is the best way to increase the propagation speed.
