摘要 辣木是一种生长于热带或亚热带地区的、生态价值和经济价值均较好的多用途速生乔木树种。辣木全株在很多方面都具有开发利用价值,辣木叶含有丰富的矿物元素、蛋白质、氨基酸和维生素等营养成分,辣木种子含有约34%的辣木油、37%的蛋白质以及甾醇等功能性物质。介绍了国内辣木产品开发的热点,重点讨论了辣木营养价值在动物饲料方面的应用,分析了辣木油的化学组成、理化性质及开发价值,展望了辣木在种植和食品方面的应用前景。 The Moringa oleifera tree is an fast-growing arbor with good ecological value and economic value, which grows in tropical or subtropical regions. The whole part of Moringa oleifera Lam had development and utilization value. Its leaves had abundant mineral elements, protein, amino acid, vitamin and other nutritional components. The seed of Moringa oleifera Lam had about 34% Moringa oil, 37% protein, sterol and other functional material. The hotspot of the utilization of Moringa oleifera Lam at home and abroad was introduced. The application of the nutritive value in animal feedstuff was stressed and discussed. Chemical composition, physical properties and development value of Moringa oil were analyzed. The application prospect of Moringa oleifera Lam in planting and food were forecasted.
