尿素及丝兰提取物对黄羽肉鸡生长性能影响的研究

Influence of Urea and Yucca on Growth Performance of Yellow Chicken

[目的]为提高肉鸡生长速度提供技术参考。[方法]通过在黄羽肉鸡饲粮中添加0.10%尿素及0.01%丝兰提取物,研究尿素和丝兰提取物对黄羽肉鸡生长性能的影响。[结果]日粮单独添加0.10%尿素或单独添加0.01%丝兰提取物都可以提高黄羽肉鸡的日增重,降低料肉比,但效果不明显;日粮中同时添加0.10%尿素及0.01%丝兰提取物,黄羽肉鸡的日增重明显提高,料肉比下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]丝兰提取物配合尿素共同使用,能明显提高黄羽肉鸡的生产性能,取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。

[Objective] The experiment aimed at providing the technical reference for rapid growth of meat chicken. [ Method ] The growth performance of meat yellow chicken under the condition of application of 0.10% urea and 0.01% yucca extract in the diet of chicken was investigated. [ Results] The result indicaled that O. 10% urea can increase weight and decrease feed application but there was no distinct effect from the application of0.01% yucca extract. The feed with the combination of 0.10% urea and 0.01% yucca extract can improve growth-pro- motion of yellow chicken weight and decrease the ration of feed to meat yield（ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] The combination of 0.10% urea and 0.01% yucca extract in diet for chicken-raising can significantly improve the growth performance of meat yellow chicken with good social and economical efficiency.
