摘要
[目的]为了解白条锦蛇冬眠期与出眠后的血液生化值及特点。[方法]采用全自动生化分析仪,测定白条锦蛇13项生化指标,比较血液生化指标的变化。[结果]白条锦蛇冬眠期血液粘稠度增加,冬眠期的总蛋白(TP)、血糖(BG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDH-C)、钾(K)、磷(P)和镁(Mg)等显著高于出眠后期。[结论]这种变化导致了白条锦蛇冬眠期血液运输能力的增强,保证了营养物质最低限度的交换和运输。
[ Objective ] The biochemical characteristics and value of Elaphe dione blood were understood in the period of and after hibernation through the test. [ Method] With automatic biochemical analyzer, 13 biochemical indicators of the snake were tested and compared of their change. [ Results ] The blood viscosity of the snake was increased in the period of hibernation, total protein (TP), and the blood glucose ( BG), triglycerides( TG), total cholesterol( TC), high-density lipoprotein ( HDL-C), Low-density lipoprotein( LDH-C), potassium, phosphorus and magnesium were significantly higher in the period of hibernation than those after hibernation. [Conclusion] This change could lead to the enhancement of transport capacity of snake blood in the period of hibernation so that a minimum level of nutrient exchange and transportation could be ensured.
