在概述低能离子束辐照诱变研究进展的基础上,提出了低能离子束诱变研究存在的3大困难,着重介绍了玉米作为低能离子束辐照诱变研究材料的优势,报道了玉米花粉离子束辐照诱变的初步研究结果。

Based on summarizing the research progress in low energy ion beam radiation mutation, the three difficulties in this research field were pointed out. Advantage of maize as the material of low energy ion beam radiation mutation was discussed. And the preliminary research result of ion beam radiation mutation of maize pollen was reported.
