摘要 [目的]研究硫酸氢钠对废油脂酯化催化作用,为固体酸催化废油脂生产生物柴油的研究提供参考。[方法]在废油脂与甲醇连续进料的酯化反应条件下,研究了硫酸氢钠催化废油脂与甲醇酯化反应。考察了硫酸氢钠用量、反应温度、反应体系含水量、甲醇流量等对酯化反应转化率的影响。[结果]正交试验表明,以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,酯化反应的最佳反应条件为:废油脂100 g,反应温度110℃,反应时间3 h,硫酸氢钠催化剂用量3%,甲醇流量35 m l/h,在该条件下,废油脂的酸值可降至1.21 mg KOH/g,转化率为98.89%。[结论]硫酸氢钠催化废油脂酯化反应具有很高的催化活性,有良好的工业应用前景。 [ Objective] The research aimed to study the esterification of waste oils catalyzed by sodium bisulfate and provide references for the production of biodiesel by solid acid catalyzed wasted oils. [Method] The waste oils was esterified wilh continuous feeding methanol catalyzed by NaHSO4 as catalyst. The effects of the sodium bisulfate dosage, reaction temperature, water content, methanol flow rate on the conversion rate of waste oils were investigated. [ Result ] Through orthogonal analysis, the optimal reaction conditions for the esterifieation catalyzed by NaHSO4 were as follow:Temperature was 110 ℃ , reaction time was 3 h,catalyst dosage was 3% (on waste oils mass) , methanol flow rate was 35 mL/h. The acid value of waste oils could descend to about 1.21 mg KOH/g, and the conversion rate of waste oils was 98.89%. [ Conclusion ] The results presented that NaHSO4 exhibited high catalytic activity for the esterification, and had predictable industrial application prospect.
