养猪户使用药物添加剂的质量安全意识及影响因素实证分析——基于山东省部分地区的调查

Empirical Analysis of Pig Household's Quality Assurance Consciousness of Using Drug Additive and Its Influencing Factors

以济南、青岛、烟台、潍坊4个城市郊区的344户养猪专业户的调查数据为依据,对养猪专业户使用药物添加剂的质量安全意识及影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:目前,绝大多数养猪户对使用药物添加剂的质量安全意识较为薄弱;养猪户使用药物添加剂质量安全意识受其年龄、文化程度、生猪饲养数量、接受养猪培训情况、畜牧防疫部门提供服务情况、媒体和同行行为等因素影响。

Based on the data from the held study on 334 pig households in the suburbs of Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai and Weifang, empirical analysis of the quality assurance consciousness and its influencing factors was conducted. Result showed that, at present, most of the pig house- holds＇ consciousness of quality assurance in using drug additive were weak. And the consciousness was influenced by many factors, such as the household＇ s age, education degree, the number of live pig, his （her） training situation of pig raising, the service provided by the department of poultry epidemic prevention, media and companion＇ s behavior.
