Study on the Motivational Mechanism of Agricultural Independent Innovation in Sichuan

对农业自主创新动力机制的内涵、构成要素进行了理论分析,在此基础上对四川省农业自主创新动力机制的现状和存在的问题进行了探讨,并从激励机制、约束机制、产权机制等方面提出了进一步完善四川省农业自主创新动力机制的对策建议。

The connotations and compositions of motivational mechanism for agricultural independent innovation were systematically analyzed. Based on this, the current status and existing problems of the dynamic mechanism of agricultural independent innovation in Sichuan were dis- cussed. Some countermeasures on incentive mechanism, restriction mechanism and property right mechanism were put forward to optimize the motivational mechanism of agricultural independent innovation in Sichuan.
