高效液相色谱法测定发酵液中的赤藓糖醇

HPLC Determination of Erythritol in the Broth

[目的]建立采用高效液相色谱法测定发酵液中赤藓糖醇的方法。[方法]采用Mlltech Prevail Carbohydrate KS色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），乙腈：水（75：25）为流动相，流速为1．0ml／min，检测器为RI 2000。[结果]线性范围为10～100μg，相关系数r=0．997，RSD=2．12％（n=7），样品回收率在99．3％～103．2％。[结论]建立了采用高效液相色谱法测定发酵液中赤藓糖醇的方法，该法分析准确，快速，灵敏度高，重现性好。

[ Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for determination of erythritol in broth. [ Method] The content of erythritol in broth was determined by HPLC on an Alhech Prevail Carbohydrate ES column.The mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water（75：25） . The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detector was RI 2000. EResuh] The liner range for the content of erythritol was 10 - 100 μg, r = 0.997, the recovery was 99.3% - 103.2% and RSD was 2.12 % （n = 7）. [ Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate and is suitable for the determination of erythritol.
