肥料配施对一品红低温胁迫下生理生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]研究了K、Ca、Si肥对一品红天鹅绒、威望品种抗寒性生理生化特性的影响及可能的调控技术。[方法]采用三因素五水平二次回归正交旋转组合设计,建立了施K、Ca、Si量与两品种抗寒性综合分之间的效应模型,并对模型进行了优化分析。[结果]3种肥料均能提高一品红抗寒性,但对威望品种的影响大于天鹅绒品种,各指标对抗寒性影响大小为:电导率〉丙二醛〉可溶性蛋白质〉可溶性糖〉脯氨酸〉外观形态〉SOD。[结论]高抗寒性栽培要点如下:天鹅绒品种施KCl量231~369 mg/L,施CaCl2量79~121 mg/L,施Na2SiO3量42~58 mg/L;威望品种施KCl量229~330 mg/L,施CaCl2量86~120 mg/L,施Na2SiO3量33~48 mg/L。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of K, Ca, Si on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of cold hardiness of poinsettia (Rod Velvet and Prestige) and possible controlled technology. [Method] By using the design of secondary regression orthogonal rotary comination including three factors, five levels, the basic models of efficiency were established between K, Ca , Si and synthetic value of cold hardiness of two varieties of poinsettia, and the optimization analysis for the models was made. [ Result ] 33ace varieties of fertilizations all had roles in improving cold hardiness of poinsettia,and the influence on Prestige was better than ROd Velvet. The order of indices in effects of cold hardiness was as follows: conductivity 〉 MDA 〉 soluble protein 〉 soluble sugar 〉 proline 〉 appearance 〉 SOD. [Conclusion] The main points for the pattern of cultivation were as follows: optimal combination of fertilizer quantity for ROd Velvet was 231 - 369 mg/L KCl,79 - 121 mg/L CaCl2 ,42 - 58 mg/L Na2SiO3, and the optimal combination of fertilizer quantity for Prestige was 229-330 mg,/L KCl,86- 120 mg/L CaCl2,33-48mg/L Na2SiO3.
