摘要
[目的]指导临床合理用药,控制兽医临床的感染性疾病。[方法]用分子生物学方法对用双纸片协同法检测产生ESBLs的5株猪鸡致病性大肠杆菌进行了ESBLs的检测。[结果]产生ESBLs的猪鸡致病性大肠杆菌中都扩增出了TEM型引物。[结论]双纸片协同法检测ESBLs具有较高的可靠性,兽医临床大肠杆菌已经产生ESBLs。
[ Objective] The aim of this paper was to instruct the clinical ratianal drug use, control veterinary inclinical infectious diseases. [ Method ] Molecular biological method was used to conduct the ESBLs detection on 5 strains of swine and avian pathogenic E. coli, which could produce ESBI.s under the detection of double-disk method. [Result] TEM primer was amplified from the swine and avian pathogenic E. wli,which could produce ESBLs. [Conclusion] The double-disk method for ESBLs detection was highly reliable. Veterinary inclinical E. coli could produce ESBLs.
