摘要
[目的]测定甜味绞股蓝根茎叶中多糖含量,对增加提取甜味绞股蓝多糖原料、提高种植绞股蓝单位面积产值有重要意义。[方法]采用超声波和微波结合提取法,分别提取甜味绞股蓝根茎叶中多糖。[结果]甜味绞股蓝根、茎、叶中多糖含量分别为0.56%、2.07%、2.51%,与股蓝原变种差异达到0.05显著水平。[结论]甜味绞股蓝根茎中多糖有提取价值、综合利用价值,为甜味绞股蓝根茎叶的综合利用奠定了基础。
[ Objective] The polysaccharide contents from roots, stems and leaves of sweet Gynostemma were studied. It was important for the increase of raw material extracted the polysaecharide and the iinprovement of output value per unit area. [Methad] The combination of ultrasonic and inicrowave was adopted to extract the polysaeeharide from the sweet Gynostemma's roots, stems and leaves. [ Result ] The content of polysaccharides in roots, stems and leaves of sweet Gynostemma were 0.56%, 2.07%, 2.51%. Variance between sweet Gynostemrna and original variant C, ynostemma was significant. [ Conclusion ] It had the extracted value and comprehensive utilization value for the extraction of the polysaccharide in the roots and stems of sweet Gynostemma. The research laid the foundation for comprehensive utilization of roots, stems and leaves of sweet Gynostemrna.
