亚迪丰对家蚕细菌性败血病的防治效果

Control Effect of Yadifeng on Bacterial Septicemia of Silkworm

[目的]寻找对芽孢杆菌和灵菌感染引起的家蚕细菌性败血病有效且有实际使用价值的药物。[方法]将亚迪丰加蒸馏水配制成不同浓度的药液,采取3种方式对经卒倒菌、灵菌创伤感染的5龄起蚕进行给药,研究亚迪丰对家蚕细菌性败血病的防治效果。[结果]细菌感染家蚕的浓度大小与家蚕发病率成正比。125、250 mg/L亚迪丰可防治由卒倒菌等芽孢杆菌感染引起的家蚕细菌性败血病,连续饲以24 h药叶后改每天饲以6 h药叶或直接每天饲以6 h药叶,治愈率均达100%。500 mg/L亚迪丰可防治由灵菌感染引起的家蚕细菌性败血病,连续饲以24 h药叶后改每天饲以6 h药叶,治愈率达100%。[结论]亚迪丰对家蚕细菌性败血病有较好的防治效果。

[Objective] The study was to find the drug that had the practical use value and the control effect on bacterial septicemia of silkworm caused by bacillus and serratia infection. [Method] The medical solution with different concn, was prepared by adding distilled water into Yadifeng, the 5th instar silkworm infected by Bacillus thuringiensis Vat. sotto Ishiwata and Serratia marcescens Bizio through traumatic infection was administered by 3 ways and the control effect of Yadifeng on bacterial septicemia of silkworm was studied. [ Result] The eonen, of bacterial infecting silkworm was proportional to incidence of silkworm. Yadifeng at 125 and 250 mg/L could prevent and cure the bacterial septicemia of silkworm infected by bacillus such as B. thuringiensis Var. sotto etc. ,and the cure rate reached 100% by continuously feeding drug leaf for 24 h and then feeding drug leaf for 6 h every day or direetly feeding drug leaf for 6 h every day. Yadifeng at 500 mg/L could prevent and cure the bacterial septicemia of silkworm infected by S. marcesceus, and the cure rate reached 100% by continuously feeding drug leaf for 24 h and then feeding drug leaf for 6 h every day. [Conclusion] Yadifeng had better control effect on bacterial septicemia of silkworm.
