摘要 [目的]探明草铵膦可溶性液剂(Basta SL)的杀草谱和筛选其适宜剂型及用量,为其推广使用提供依据。[方法]以不施药剂作为空白对照,通过田间小区试验,测定Basta SL对番茄田中杂草的防除效果。[结果]在试验剂量≥2250 g/hm2时,200 g/L Basta SL对番茄地杂草的防除效果较好,作用迅速,残效期长。药后30 d,杂草覆盖面积和鲜重的防效都在90%以上;杀草谱广,有效防治禾本科、菊科、苋科和十字花科绝大部分杂草;安全性好,喷药时将番茄植株下部叶片摘去,对番茄产量无显著影响。[结论]用200 g/L Basta SL对茎叶进行喷雾处理能够灭除番茄地的绝大部分杂草,是一种理想的灭生性除草剂。 [ Objective] The aim was to explore the weed control spectrum of Basta SL and screen the suitable formulation and dosage, and provide the basis for its popularization and application. [ Method]With no reagent as the control, the controlling effect of Basra SL on weeds in tomato field was detected by field plot experiment. [ Result] The controlling effect of 200 g/L Basta SL on weeds in tomato field was better when the experimental dosage was equal to or above 2 250 g/hm^2, and Basta SL had the rapid action and long residual duration. The control efficacy bath on the weed covering area and the fresh weight were all above 90% after applying the reagent for 30d. Basra SL had wide weed control spectrum and it could control most weeds of Gramineae, Compositae, Amaranthaceae and Cruciferae effectively. It had good safety and there was no significant effect on the tomato yield if the lower leaves of tomato plants were removed when Basra SL was sprayed. [ Conclusion] Spraying with 200 g/L Basta SL could control the most weeds in tomato field and Basta SL was an ideal sterilant herbicide.
