摘要
根据地震应急物资配送特点,建立了地震应急物资中转站选址的模型和优化算法。地震应急物资中转站选址存在时间的紧迫性和超额覆盖的问题。兼顾中转站库存的影响,建立了适应地震应急特点的中转站选址的机会约束模型。通过对机会约束的化简,采用遗传算法寻求最优应急调度方案。此外,该研究为其他应急物资调度提供了方法和思路。
The location model and algorithm of transfer station of earthquake emergency material were established according to the characteristics of transfer station of earthquake. The problems of urgency and excessive coverage were existed in the location of transfer station of earthquake emergency material. And the effect of inventory was compromised in the paper.On the basis,the chance-constrained model adapting to the characteristics of earthquake was designed. With simplifying the chance-constraint, the genetic algorithm was chosen to solve it. With calculation example, the algorithm was proved to be patentially implemented in practice case, and had better astringency and searching efficiency. The study offered clue to the solution of the other emergencies.
