On the Ideological and Political Education in View of the Construction of Political Civilization

政治文明是与社会生产力发展需要相适应的政治进步状态,政治文明建设依赖于公民现代政治理念和行为的建构、塑造和不断完善。思想政治教育是内化政治主体的政治意识并外化为文明的政治行为的重要途径,在推进政治文明建设中发挥积极的作用。加强思想政治教育工作自身建设,能有效发挥其在推进政治文明建设中的作用。

Political civilization is the symbol of political progress in adjustment to the development of social productivity. The construction of political civilization depends on the shaping, molding and improvement of residents＇ modern political ideals and behavior. Ideological and political education is an important way to internalize political consciousness and externalize political behavior,therefore,it plays an active role in the promotion of the construction of political civilization. The construction of ideological and political education should be reinforced so as to effectively exert its influence on the construction of political civilization.
