饭店核心刚性和核心能力是一个事物的两个方面。复杂系统理论能够从动态发展的角度研究具有复杂性特征的事物。运用复杂性理论从模型上分析了饭店核心刚性的演化问题。

Hotel＇s core rigidity is the other side of the hotel＇s core competence. The theory of complex adaptive system can analyze things with complex natures in a dynamic perspective. This paper has researched the evolution mechanism of hotel＇s core rigidities by using the theory of complex adaptive systems. In the end, the paper concluded some concrete measures which can overcome hotel core rigidities.
