摘要
本文提出维和医疗分队国外执行任务前要针对任务区的特点和现状,有目的、有针对性地强化训练,强调培训应突出医疗中心工作和实施有效管理两个重点。
Military medical team members for peace - keeping should receive purposive and directive strengthening training before performing mission abroad based on the characteristics and current situation in targeting area. In the training there were two stresses： medical work and effective management.
