摘要
笔者根据干部病房收治的患者平均年龄大,卧床、带管、呼吸机辅助呼吸、生活不能自理者占住院患者一定比例,院内感染发生率较高的现状;分析了干部病房院内感染发生的环节,提出必须加强管理,做好健康指导,切断感染途径,努力降低医院感染发生率,切实为患者提供一个良好的休养环境。
Most of the patients in cadre ward are retire cadres who are old, inbed and cant take care of themselves in daily life. The incident rate of hospital nosocomial was high. The author analyzed the links of the occurrence of hospital nosocomial in cadre ward and provided countermeasures, which included strengthening management, doing good health guidance, cutting off infectious approach. By doing these, we could lower the incident rate of hospital nosocomial and give a fine environment for the patients.
