摘要
本文阐述了以新的医疗服务理念完善患者需求服务的主要做法。包括:提高医疗技术,完善服务制度,加强对患者心理服务及改善服务环境等;为提高医院医疗服务质量、完善服务内容、优化服务流程及建立新的人性化服务模式提供借鉴。
It was discussed that perfecting the demands of the patients with new service ideas, such as combining high -tech lever with perfect service system, strengthening mental service of the patient and beautifying service, which would provide references to improve service quality and optimize service process and renewing service mode.
