本文分析了医疗分队参加国际维和行动卫勤保障的任务和要求及以人为本的内涵,提出了维和卫勤保障中要以医护人员为本,作好医护人员思想政治工作,搞好维和保障,改善医护人员生活条件,要以维和伤员为本,尊重伤病员的人权,重视心理治疗,提高疾病诊治水平。

In the paper the tasks and demands for the medical unit to attend medical service for international peace- keeping actions, and the connotation of human - oriented principle were analyzed firstly. And then the measures to induct the principle into medical support of international peace - keeping actions were discussed as carrying out political work of the staff, improving living conditions, respecting the rights of the patients, paying attention to psychological therapy to improve treatment lever.
