摘要
本文通过研究患者住院期间床均医疗费用变化情况,发现住院时间长则床均医疗费用减少。通过合理安排检查、抓紧时间治疗、预防并发症和感染、加强监督检查、提高人员素质等途径,可有效缩短平均住院日,提高医疗效率和效益。
It was found that there was reverse relation between aberage length of stay （ALOS） and average cost per bed which indicated that with the measures as arranging the exams properly, treating as quick as possible, preventing the complication and infection, reinforcing the monitor, improving the skills of the staff, the ALOS can be cut efficiently and then the medical efficiency and benefit can be improved.
