医疗市场竞争加剧使医院的发展更加依赖于员工所具备的胜任医院发展需要的能力,医院核心竞争力的形成和提升将依赖于其员工的胜任力。本文综合分析胜任力模型的来源、与医院核心竞争力的关系以及胜任力模型在建设医院核心竞争力各个环节的应用。
