摘要
本文根据医保机构对医院医疗保险结算款支付情况,分析了医保机构返款速度缓慢的原因:返款审核程序复杂和医保患者个人信息不准确。提出了完善医疗保险信息化建设、加强医院质量管理等相应解决对策。
Based on the analysis of problems in the medical insurance payment, the causes were discussed on the inefficient medical insurance payment as complexity payment audit procedure and un -nicety on information of the patient. Then some suggestions were given as perfecting information -based construction of the medical insurance, improving medical quality.
