摘要
在印后加工工艺中,覆膜技术得到广泛应用,市场迫切需要高速、高精度覆膜机。覆膜机机构的振动是影响覆膜精度的重要因素之一。在分析测试技术原理的基础上,基于东昊信号测试分析系统软件(DMDAS),选择较为完善的覆膜机振动测试方案,对覆膜机主要机构部件进行了振动测试。结果表明:墙板处的振动最大,其次是前规轴,侧规轴的运动较平稳,振动最小。
Laminating technology has been widely used during the post-press finishing process; the high-speed and high-precision laminators are urgently needed by the market. The vibration of the laminator is the major impact of laminating precision. In this thesis, we choose a better laminator vibration test programmed to test and analyzes the main parts' vibration, which is on the basis of test technology principle, and the DONGHAO Signal Test System Software, in order to get a conducted and analyzed data. This vibration research gives a theoretical support to manufacturer which can help them to improve the efficiency of laminator. The result shows that vibration is maximum on the wallboard, the nest is the front-rules axis, and vibration is minimum on the side-rules axis.
