中共满洲省委机关报《满洲红旗》从1930年9月15日创刊到1935年4月终刊,它见证了中国共产党在东北地区第一个地下党组织——中共满洲省委的存在与撤消;从辽宁省沈阳市创刊到黑龙江省哈尔滨市终刊,经历了全面抗日战争爆发之前东北人民在中国共产党领导下的斗争岁月,成为革命化范式视角下东北地区党委机关报的典范。

The CPC＇s Manchuria Provincial Committee organ ＂Manchuria Red Flag＂ started publication from September 15th, 1930, and ended publication in April 1935, it witnessed the existence and cancellation of the CPC＇s Manchuria Provincial Committee, which is the first CPC underground organization in the northeast of China. From its start in Shenyang, Liaoning to its end in Harbin, Heilongjiang, it went through the war period of northeastern people led by CPC before the all-round break-out of the Anti-Japanese War, become a model of the Provincial Committee organ in the northeast in the view of Revolutionary Paradigm.
