我国接收和培养外国留学生工作已经进入机遇与挑战并存的阶段。教育国际化大潮以及我国经济、文化的优势为吸引留学生提供了前所未有的机遇,但面临的国际竞争也前所未有。我们应充分利用政策优势,开展双语教学,提高办学层次,加强毕业生联系,大力发展留学生教育工作。

The work of absorbing and bringing up international students has entered a new period with challenge and opportunity. Educational internationalization and advantages in economy and culture have brought lots of chances. At the same time, international competition is great. This paper will analyze the situation and advantages about carrying out international education and point out that we should make use of policy advantages, carry out bilateral education and strengthen the contact with graduate students.
