Synthesis of Thiophene-ethanol with Supersonic as Revulsant

摘要 以2-溴噻吩,镁为原料,在超声作用下制得格氏试剂,再与环氧乙烷低温条件下制得的噻吩乙醇。在本文中其反应时间、产品纯度、产率都得到了改善。最后通过1HNMR、DEPT-135o及13CNMR对目标产物进行了表征。 2-Thiophene-ethanol was synthesized from 2-Bromothiophene with magnesium, fo llowed by Grignard Reaction under supersonic, then react with ethylene oxide at low temperature. In this pa per, reaction time, purity and yield of the product were improved. Its structure were characterized by 1H-NMR, DEPT-135o and 13C NMR.
