摘要
以苯磺酸酮为催化剂,对丁酮与1,2-丙二醇为原料合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的反应条件进行了研究,较系统地研究了丁酮与1,2-丙二醇量比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对收率的影响。结果表明,苯磺酸酮是合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇的良好催化剂。在丁酮与1,2-丙二醇的投料摩尔比为1:1.5,催化剂的用量占反应物料总质量的2.0%,带水剂环己烷的用为10mL,反应时间为60min条件下,丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达78.3%。
Butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was synthesized from butanone and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of copper benzene sulfonate. The factors influencing the synthesis were investigated and the optimum conditions were found as follows:molar ratio of butanone to 1,2- propanediol is 1:1.5 , the quantity of catalyst is equal to 2.0% feed stock, the reaction temperature is 82-108 ℃, using cyclohexane as carry-water and the reaction time is 1.0 h . Copper benzene sulfonate is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal and its yield can reach 78.3%.
