纳米H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/SiO_2复合杂多酸催化合成琥珀酸二丁酯的研究

摘要 以纳米级H3PW12O40/SiO2复合杂多酸为催化剂,琥珀酸和正丁醇为原料,甲苯为带水剂,合成琥珀酸二丁酯。实验结果表明,纳米H3PW12O40/SiO2复合杂多酸是合成琥珀酸二丁酯的良好催化剂,适宜的工艺合成条件为:琥珀酸用量为.1mol时,醇酸摩尔比为3.0:1,催化剂用量为琥珀酸总质量的2.0%,带水剂甲苯为10mL,回流温度下反应时间120min,此时酯化率可达99.3%。 Dibutyl succinate was synthesized from succinate acid and n-butanol with nanometer H3PW12O40/SiO2complex heteropoly acid as catalyst and toluene as azeotropic water stripping agents. The experimental results showed that nanometer H3PW12O40/SiO2was an ideal catalyst for the synthesis of dibutyl succinate.The optimum technical conditions were summed up as follows: when the amount of succinate acid was 0.1 mol, mole ratio of n-butanol to succinate acid was 3.0:1, the dosage of catalyst was 2.0% of the total quality of succinate acid, the use level of water-carring tobuene was 10mL,refluent reaction time was 120min. Under this conditions, the esterification yield was 99.3%
