综合机械化掘进在各大煤矿的广泛使用,使得其技术日益成熟。但在济宁二号煤矿现有的施工状况中发现了一些不足。该矿通过技术革新,研究设计了移动式跟机电缆平台,节省了体力,排除了安全隐患,提升了巷道文明形象。巷道全断面开机自动喷雾装置的使用,在节省了人力、物力的同时也解决了矿井水压不足的问题。掘进机机载式液压除尘风机与水射流或电力驱动除尘风机相比减少了设备布置,提高了掘进机液压系统的稳定性和除尘效果。创新型皮带自动喷雾装置具有智能自动化控制等优点。

The widespread usage of comprehensive mechanization tunneling in major coal mine, makes its technology increasingly mature. However, in the existing situation of construction of Jining No. 2 coal mine founds some deficiencies. Through research and design to mobile platform with the cable, saves the physical strength, rules out the potential safety hazard, upgrades cultured image of the roadway. The automatic spray device of fullface starting up in tunnel saves human and material resources as well as solves the problem of lacking water pressure in the mine. Hydraulic dedust blower of airborne mechanical boring machine compares with water jet or power - driven dedust blower, reduces layout of equipment, improves the stability and the effects to dedust of hydraulic system of the boring ma chine. Innovative auto- belt intelligent spray device has the advantages of automation control. The automatic spray device of innovative belt has advantages of intelligent automation control and so on.
