Japan's Manifesto of the Deaf Community in 1966 labeled the deaf as disabled and uttered a biased voice. In real life, compared with the pains from loss of hearing, the deaf community might suffer more from prejudiced views during interpersonal communications and imposed will from people around. The world of the deaf is complete in their mind and the deaf have their own culture and lan- guage used for communication.Based upon the above theoretical framework, educational sociology provides new perspectives to further explore education for the deaf and analyze power politics, social inequality and cultural reproduction.
