摘要
阐述了网络信息资源的内涵及特征,分析了网络环境下高校图书馆开发利用网络信息资源中存在的主要问题,提出了高校图书馆搞好信息资源开发与利用的对策。
The connotation and characteristics of information resources were elaborated, the major problems in development and utilization of information resources in college and university libraries under environment were analyzed, and their countermeasures were proposed.
