润滑油溶剂精制抽出油制取石油磺酸盐的研究

摘要 以减五线馏分油溶剂精制后的抽出油为原料,采用发烟硫酸为磺化剂进行磺化反应制取石油磺酸,进而制取石油磺酸钠。在磺化反应过程中主要考察了反应温度、反应时间和酸油体积比对石油磺酸收率的影响。在酸油体积比0.12、反应温度60℃、反应时间45 min 的条件下,石油磺酸收率为64.14%。在石油磺酸中加入10%的氧氧化钠,进行中和反应后,采用乙醇萃取出石油磺酸钠,所得石油磺酸钠的活性物含量为42.10%,可作为表面活性剂使用。 Petroleum sulfonate was obtained through sulfonation reaction using extract oil from lube oil solvent refining unit as raw material and fuming sulfuric acid as sulfonation agent. The impact of reaction conditions, such as acid/oil ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the product yield was studied. Results showed that the yield of petroleum sulfonic acid was 64.14% under the conditions of an acid/oil volume ratio of 0. 12, a reaction temperature of 60℃ and a reaction time of 45 min. The obtained petroleum sulfonic acid was reacted with 10% sodium hydroxide to form petroleum sulfonate, and then it was recovered by ethanol extraction. It was found that the content of active component in the obtained petroleum sulfonate was 42.10%, which could be used as surface-active agent.
