少见胸腺来源病变的CT分析与鉴别

CT analysis and differential diagnosis of the infrequent diseases from thymus

目的:探讨少见胸腺来源病变的CT分析与鉴别。方法:26例经活检和手术病理及临床治疗证实少见胸腺来源病变的患者,从CT的影像学表现与手术及病理结果进行分析。结果:少见胸腺来源病变具有各自的CT表现。结论:CT是诊断少见胸腺来源病变的重要方法,对于鉴别诊断少见胸腺来源的病变具有很大价值。

Objective：To discuss the CT analysis and differential diagnosis of the infrequent diseases from thymus.Methods：26 patients with infrequent diseases from thymus,confirmed by biopsies,surgical-pathologic results and clinical treatments,were analyzed through the results of operation,pathology and the CT image.Results：Various infrequent diseases from thymus have respective CT performance.Conclusion：CT is an important method for diagnosis of the infrequent diseases from thymus.It is of great value for differential diagnosis.
