摘要
颅底肿瘤外科难度大,风险高,是一个跨学科的团队工作,回顾历史也能充分证明这一点。随着近40年来的发展,颅底肿瘤外科取得了长足的进步,主要表现在工具、技术、知识和理念四方面,本文介绍了现状并展望其发展方向。我国颅底肿瘤外科起步较晚,但发展较快,为更好地促进其发展,本文探讨目前存在的主要问题及对策。
Surgery of skull base tumors is a multidisciplinary team work with high difficulty and risk, which is also demonstrated in its history. Great advancements have been achieved in the surgery of skull base tumors in the recent 40 years, which were mainly manifested in tools, techniques, knowledge and therapy philosophy. Based on the four aspects mentioned above in the surgery of skull base tumors, we evaluated the current situation and looked into the future. Surgery of skull base tumors in China started late but developed well currently, the main obstacles and countermeasures were proposed.
