慢性肾脏病与心脑血管疾病 被引量:6

摘要 慢性。肾脏病(CKD)是心血管疾病(CVD)发生、发展的独立危险因素。对于普通人群,CKD可明显增加CVD发生的风险;对于已有CVD或存在CVD危险因素的人群,CKD则可明显增加心血管事件如卒中、急性心肌梗死、心功能不全等的发生。另一方面,CVD又是促进CKD进展、影响CKD预后的重要因素,也是导致CKD患者致残、致死的第一位常见原因。
