摘要
目的探讨蒺藜皂苷(GSTT)对急性不完全脑缺血的保护作用及其相关机制。方法采用结扎双侧颈总动脉法建立小鼠和大鼠不完全脑缺血模型,观察GSTT对不完全脑缺血损伤小鼠和大鼠脑组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量及其对小鼠生存时间的影响。结果蒺藜皂苷大、中剂量能明显提高不完全脑缺血损伤后脑组织SOD活性,降低MDA含量,并能明显抑制NO升高,同时能显著延长不完全脑缺血小鼠的平均存活时间,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论蒺藜皂苷对急性不完全脑缺血具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of gross saponins tribulus terrestris (GSTT) on acute incomplete ischemia and its mechanism. Methods The mouse and rat models were produced by bilateral carotid artery occlusion. Changes of the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) in brains of the mice and rats were observed. The survival time of mouse models was also evaluated. Results GSTT enhanced SOD activity, decreased the MDA and NO levels in brain. GSTT significantly prolonged the survival time of mice modle. Conclusion The results suggest that GsTr is effective in protection of incomplete cerebral ischemia.
