成年大鼠完全性脊髓横断伤后自发性轴突再生的形态学研究

摘要 目的研究成年大鼠完全性脊髓横断伤后自发性轴突再生情况。方法在建立成年大鼠完全性脊髓横断伤模型基础上,采用镀银染色、免疫组化、辣根过氧化物酶神经示踪等方法进行研究。结果脊髓完全性横断伤后存在着自发性轴突再生,且这种自发性轴突再生时间相对较长,在损伤后4周仍有大量再生轴突,直至损伤后8周再生轴突崩解仍不完全。结论脊髓完全横断伤后仍保存一定的再生能力,脊髓损伤后具有一定程度修复的可能性。 Objective To investigate whether there is spontaneous plasticity in the completely injured spinal cord. Methods The spinal cords of adult rats were completely transeeted at the mid-thoracic level. Histochemieal and immunohistochemical and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) nerve trace techniques were used. Results Spontaneous regeneration of injured axons was observed even at 4w postinjury. Conclusion There is spontaneous axons regeneration after complete spinal cord injury in adult rats.
