复方阿替卡因浸润麻醉对高龄高血压病患者血压、心率的影响

Effect of articaine as infiltration anaesthetics on blood pressure and heart rate in elderly patients with hypertension

目的探讨高龄高血压病患者使用复方阿替卡因局麻的安全性。方法选取局部麻醉前血压控制在160/90mmHg以下的200例高龄高血压病患者分为实验组和对照组,分别使用复方阿替卡因局部浸润麻醉及利多卡因神经阻滞麻醉,观察局麻前、后的血压、心率变化。结果实验组与对照组血压、心率在局麻前后的改变均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麻醉前血压控制在160/90mmHg以下,心率小于100次/min的高龄高血压病患者使用复方阿替卡因局部浸润麻醉对心率及血压无显著影响。

Objective To evaluate the safety of artieaine in elderly patients over 80 years old with hypertension for local anaesthesia. Methods Two hundreds of patients whose blood pressure was below 160/90mmHg and heart rate was less than 100 beat/min were selected and equally divided into two artieaine and lidocaine groups. The blood pressure and heart rate were measured before and after local anaesthesia. Results The results showed that the changes of blood pressure and heart rate not different between the two groups. Conclusion Articaine for infiltration anaestheties has no significant influence on the elderly patients with hypertension.
