多效生长因子mRNA在口腔癌中的表达及其意义

Expression of pleiotropin mRNA in oral cancer

目的研究多效生长因子(pleiotropin,PTN)mRNA在口腔癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用RT-PCR、原位杂交方法,对50例人口腔癌组织(20例发生淋巴结转移)、30例良性肿瘤组织、30例正常口腔组织进行了PTNmRNA表达的研究。结果RT-PCR半定量分析PTNmRNA,口腔癌组织与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),癌组织表达多于对照组。PTNmRNA阳性产物出现于癌细胞胞浆中,呈棕黄色颗粒,良性肿瘤组织和正常组织弱阳性表达。口腔癌中PTNmRNA的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。分类及分期观察,PTNmRNA表达量呈中强、弱阳性者居多。RT-PCR与原位杂交检测结果基本一致(P<0.05)。结论PTNmRNA在口腔癌组织中高表达。

Objective To detect the expression of pleiotropin mRNA in oral cancer. Methods RT - PCR and in situ hybridization analysis for pleiotropin mRNA were performed in 50 cases of oral cancer （20 cases with metastasis of lymph nodes）, 30 cases of benign tumor, and 30 cases of normal tissue. Results RT - PCR showed that the expressions of pleiotropin mRNA in cancer tissue was stronger than that in benign tumor and normal tissue （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Pleiotropin mRNA was stained in the cytoplasm of cancer cells. Conclusion Pleiotropin mRNA was overexpressed in oral cancer.
