摘要 目的观察侵袭性牙周炎龈上皮凋亡细胞形态特征,了解牙周炎发病机理。方法以24例病变龈上皮组织为研究对象,利用透射电镜观察凋亡细胞的超微形态结构改变,流式细胞术测定分析细胞周期,及免疫细胞与细胞凋亡的关系。结果凋亡细胞形态学改变分为四型,流式细胞术测试在G1期前出现亚G1期峰,凋亡细胞为19.9%;免疫细胞发生活化。结论龈上皮细胞确有凋亡细胞存在,凋亡是在免疫细胞活化的基础上诱导进行的,由于细胞凋亡而导致牙周袋加深,形成侵袭性牙周炎。 Objective To observe the morphology of apoptosis cell on gingival epithelial of aggressive periodontitis, and to understand the pathogenesis of periodontitis. Methods Twenty - four cases with lesions to gingival epithelial tissue as our objectives; using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to observe the ultrastrueture of structural change, flow cytometry (FCM) analysis of cell cycle, and its relationship between immune cells and cell apoptosis. Results Morphological changes of apoptotic ceils are divided into four phases, under FCM test, it is 19.9% of a sub - G1 peak of apoptotic cells before the G1 phase, and immune cells occurs activation. Conclusion Gingival epithelial cells do exist apoptotic ceils; apoptosis is activated in immune cells on the basis of the induction, as a result of apoptosis. It makes periodontal pocket deepened and formed aggressive periodontitis.
