摘要
目的研究3种树脂粘结剂配合2种瓷表面处理方法对全瓷粘结微拉伸强度的影响。方法制作60个体积为5mm×6mm×8mm瓷试件(EmpressⅡ),抛光后分成两组:对照组和HF+SIL组(5%氢氟酸酸蚀20秒,硅烷处理1分钟)。分别采用3种树脂粘结剂(RelyX Unicem,Variolink或PanaviaF)与复合树脂粘结,37℃保存7天,切割成接触面积为1.0mm2的75个柱形体。试件经热循环(5℃~55℃循环3000次)后,测量粘结微拉伸强度(uTBS)。结果表面处理因素有重要意义(HF+SIL组>对照组)。对照组中RelyXUnicem的uTBS明显高于Variolink和PanaviaF。HF+SIL组中经RelyXUnicem和Variolink的uTBS明显高于PanaviaF。结论无论使用何种树脂粘结剂,在粘结前进行酸蚀和硅烷处理都是必要的。
Objective To evaluate the microtensile bond strength of 3 resin bonding agents to ceramics submitted to 2 surface conditioning treatments. Methods Sixty 5mm × 6mm × 8mm ceramic blocks (Empress Ⅱ ) were polished and divided into 2 groups : no conditioning group and HF + SIL group ( 5% hydrofluoric acid etching for 20 seconds and silanization for 1 minute). Ceramic blocks were cemented to the composite resin blocks with 3 resin bonding agents ( RelyX Unicem, Variolink or Panavia F). The composite resin - ceramic blocks were stored at 37℃ for 7 days and sectioned to produce 75 beam specimens per group with a 1.0mm^2 cross - sectional area. Specimens were thermal cycled (3000 cycles, 5℃-55℃) and the mierotensile bond strength (uTBS) was tested. Results The surface conditioning factor (HF + S/L) significantly influenced the bonding strength of 3 resin bonding agents to ceramics (Empress Ⅱ). Among the unconditioned groups, the uTBS of Rely X Unicem was significantly higher than that of Variolink and Panavia F. Among the conditioned groups ( HF + SIL) , etching and silanization of ceramics yielded statistically higher uTBS for Rely X Unicem and Variolink when compared with Panavia F. Conclusion Etching and silanization treatments appear to be crucial for resin bonding to ceramic, regardless of the resin bonding agents.
